Learning Voyage Instructor Mark Moser to Present at JavaOne
Mark Moser, Senior Instructor at Learning Voyage, will present
at JavaOne, Sun's 2001 worldwide Java developer conference.
Mark's presentation, "Why Enterprise JavaBeans Technology,
Anyway?", will be held on Thursday, June 7 from 4:00pm until
5:00pm in the Sheraton Palace - Grand Ballroom. Mark's session
involves a simple explanation of Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB)
technology, but not in the manner it is typically done. Instead,
the focus is on highlighting the rationale behind the evolution
of distributed object technology during the last ten years.
In short, this session demonstrates how the industry moved
from "I want to be able to invoke an object in a different
process" to the sophisticated component-based EJB technology-based
application servers of today. For more information on Mark's
